LNZ
(LINDSAY HAMILTON)

Much like her art, Lindsay can be described as an unconventional, outspoken rebel. Who defies the norm and pushes the boundaries of creativity and expression.
Lindsay's diverse portfolio spans many different themes and mediums. Through a fusion of Popart, mass-media and abstract styles she fearlessly creates provocative works. Her work often incorporates bold colours, dynamic compositions, and a keen sense of irony between culture and art. Lindsay breathes new life into classic nostalgic characters and advertising through her playful reinterpretations. Popart to animals, clothing to murals, every piece she creates reflects her refusal to be confined by any singular style or subject matter.

An advocate for feminist ideals, Lindsay's art often makes bold statements about female sexuality, challenging conventional norms and celebrating women's empowerment. She addresses identity, intimacy, and the representation of sexuality in media, creating pieces that resonate with the complexities of sexual expression and expectations. Her art not only reflects her own defiance of societal expectations but also inspires others to explore and embrace their own sexual identities without shame or fear. Lindsay’s commitment to breaking free from conventional norms is evident in every aspect of her artistic practice.
